“It’s always been said that fashion it’s a form of expression. For us, I think it’s a fundamental element which emanates from our soul and which we create in order to be able to give to others.” Yolanda Pérez, the creative director of the firm, has always been surrounded by women and created throughout women’s inspiration. She transforms ideas into very special gowns that are designed to make us feel feminine and comfortable in our own bodies. As she herself states, “women is subtlety and pure poetry”.

She was born and raised in a family with a lot of male presence, and that made things a bit complicated. Her grandmother worked non-stop, her mother had to work alone from a young age to show that she could do it… “In those times, nobody made you feel unique and special. So my mission is to make women feel special and unique in our designs”. That’s one of the main goals of the firm: to create in order to offer something different and special to all the women that decide to wear us.

“The vibration that women feel when they try on our dresses is what highlights their femininity, and that’s our most important goal”. It’s not always easy to feel confident in our bodies, so finding designs that make us feel powerful and sexy is what we look for when we think about fashion. Because yes, fashion can also be a tool to empower ourselves, our bodies, and our personalities. Today is a special day for the whole team of Yolancris, mainly shaped by women of all ages. Not only today but every day of the year, we choose the feminist fight.
