The balance between the traditional and romantic style of the country house and the elegantly quirky interior decoration is why Laura & Dan chose to celebrate their wedding at Babington House, a 1705 country house in the heart of the English countryside in the South of UK.
Built in 1705, Babington House is a manor house today converted into a hotel and private club. The Grade II-listed, 18 acre mansion is located in the heart of Somerset County, 30 minutes from Bath. All kinds of weddings and celebrations take place in it, such as Laura & Dan, in a very English classic style.
Laura wore a romantic, boho dress and Dan a two-piece Prince of Wales outfit. A tulle veil in a low bun and Louboutin nude heeled sandals completed the bride’s look, that consisted of a top and skirt set made of embroidered tulle and strapless illusion neckline.
For the ceremony the bride chose a natural look, but for the subsequent party she decorated her hair with a crown of red and pink flowers and matching lipsticks, for a more rock’n roll look, as she commented, and to match her bridesmaids looks.
