While the Bridal Week show lasted just two hours, it was backstage where the designers, the models and all the firms’ teams spent the whole day. From early in the morning everyone was on the move: preparing the dresses, making the fittings, polishing the last touches and giving interviews for the media. Throughout the morning, models, celebrities and influencers came and went, trying on dresses, rehearsing for the catwalk, and discussing each other’s play. The frenetic rhythm began after lunch when the clock no longer gave any more room for distractions and the time for the catwalk was approaching.

Makeup and hairdressing began at 5 in the afternoon, as the professionals had to prepare all the girls and boys who paraded in each of the brands; in total about 100 people. It is one of the most chaotic and calm moments at the same time. In the background, the movement doesn’t stop, but the calm arrives when the model or influencer takes a seat to be put on makeup and done the hair. At this precise moment, the only thing that matters is the work of the makeup artists and hairdressers, who with their professionalism and experience, leave all the stars of the night impeccable.

However, the most exciting moment is always the minutes before going out to the runway. The models were both concentrated and nervous at the same time, the influencers and celebrities, less used to parading, wishing each other luck, and the entire Yolancris team finalizing details so that everything goes as well as possible. Both Virginia Varinelli’s sister, Viola Varinelli, and Marta Sierra’s boyfriend were supporting the influencers the whole time. The four of them got along perfectly and they even shared a drink at the end of the show.
